**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Intern at VIIA Pools and Water, you will work closely with our sales team to promote our services and generate leads. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. With guidance from our experienced sales professionals, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful contribution to our company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present our services to prospective clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Previous experience in the swimming pool industry is a plus but not required.

**Salary**:
This is a commission-based position, and the salary will be based on sales performance. The more sales you generate, the higher your earning potential.
