**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding functional and technical specifications, and translating them into efficient and effective technical solutions.
- Design, analyze, and implement new and existing code within the SAP environment, encompassing ABAP Function groups, BADI implementations, DDIC, SAP scripts, SMARTFORMS, and Adobe Forms.
- Utilize User Exits, Enhancement Framework, BADI's, and BTE to enhance system functionality.
- Work on WRICEF objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Implement and manage manual and automatic test management processes using tools such as CBTA and ECATT.
- Employ performance analysis tools like ATC, SLIN, Runtime Analysis, SAT, SQLM, and SQL trace to optimize code and system performance.
- Develop, consume, and manage Web Services, OData Services, REST, and SOAP protocols.
- Collaborate on Dialog Programming, BRF+, Custom Business Objects, and Workflow activities.
- Leverage functional knowledge of various SAP modules, including SD, FICO, MM, IS-Retail, SAP Real Estate - REFX, SAP HCM, and EWM.
- Collaborate with teams to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience of 5-8 years as an SAP ABAP Consultant.
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with expertise in SAP Fiori development, HR ABAP, and SAP Solution Architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and participating in multiple end-to-end SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Proficiency in designing technical specifications, understanding functional specifications, and converting them into technical solutions.
- Strong expertise in SAP technologies including Web Dynpro ABAP, ALV, SALV IDA, FPM, OVS, ABAP classes, and debugging.
- In-depth knowledge of User Exits, Enhancement Framework, BADI's, BTE, and WRICEF objects.
- Familiarity with performance analysis tools and testing methodologies.
- Experience with Web Services, OData Services, REST, SOAP, and other integration techniques.
- Sound knowledge of SAP modules including SD, FICO, MM, IS-Retail, SAP Real Estate - REFX, SAP HCM, and EWM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead junior developers.
- SAP Certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in various project environments and adapt to changing technologies.
