**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and personalised recommendations to clients based on their fragrance preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the perfumery or luxury retail sector.
- Extensive knowledge of fragrances, including brands, ingredients, and market trends.
- Strong sales abilities with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
