Job Profile: Female Arabic Speaker Receptionist at Al Bateen Ladies Club
Position: Receptionist
Location: Al Bateen Ladies Club, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Club Manager
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., forms, brochures) readily available.
Answer phone calls, screen and forward calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Customer Service:
Provide accurate information about club services, facilities, membership options, and events.
Address member and guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and update membership records and databases.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, classes, and events.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash transactions.
Handle mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
Communication:
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with other departments to support club activities and events.
Security and Compliance:
Monitor access to the club, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Follow and enforce club policies and procedures.
Report any security or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
**Skills**:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This role requires working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
