**Cost Ratio Analysis**:

- Calculate and analyze key cost ratios such as food cost percentage, labor cost percentage, and beverage cost percentage to assess operational efficiency.

**Data Collection**:

- Gather data from various sources, including inventory records, sales reports, and labor schedules, to ensure accurate calculations.

**Trend Identification**:

- Monitor cost ratios over time to identify trends, variances, and anomalies, helping to pinpoint areas for improvement.

**Benchmarking**:

- Compare internal cost ratios against industry standards or historical data to assess competitiveness and performance.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports on cost ratios, highlighting insights and recommendations for management to make informed decisions.

**Variance Analysis**:

- Investigate discrepancies between budgeted and actual cost ratios, identifying causes and suggesting corrective actions.

**Financial Forecasting**:

- Assist in forecasting future costs and revenues based on current cost ratios, helping to inform budgeting and strategic planning.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
