**About this role**
- Organizing and planning workload out of work requests in relation to priority level and availability of manpower on daily basis;
- Delegates the work to the Rotary and Static supervisors for the Inspection/Preventive maintenance, installation, repair and testing of a wide range of rotary & static equipment in the Refinery & Tank Farm Terminal;
- Daily job planning for PM/CM (Preventive Maintenance/ Corrective Maintenance) inspection jobs;
- Annual budget planning and monthly monitoring, analysis and control of budget;
- Material order;
- Material inspection in warehouse directly/through respective discipline;
- Scope of work preparation for contract works after discussing with all internal stakeholders - HSE, Operations and Engineering;
- RFQs (Request for Quotation) for the contractor job;
- Site Visits with contractor job;
- Quotes commercial/Tech evaluation;
- Negotiation with supplier/contractor;
- Making purchase requests;
- Coordination with Terminal/Refinery operation/HSE on day-to-day basis for job planning;
- Ongoing jobs supervision & Inspection of maintenance contractor job;
- Progress monitoring of contractor jobs;
- Team performance reviews, timesheets review;
- Third Party inspection for lifting equipment/tools;
- Prepare Root-Cause Analysis reports, as needed;
- MS/RA (Method Statement & Risk Assessment) review;
- Participate in LMRA (Last Minute Risk Assessment) for critical cases;
- Attend daily planning meeting;
- Follow up for CM/PM job;
- Team enhancement/Management of Rotary/Static/service & support for problem if any;
- Min/Max list monitoring and optimization;
- Analysis the material consumption/failure to adjust in min/max;
- Maintenance Procedure updates;
- Invoice vetting;
- Providing external manpower support to operation if any required;
- Monitors work execution as well as hands-on participation in work processes;
- Provides guidance to ensure conformity to industry standards and Refinery-tank farm procedures in shutdown and turnaround maintenance and planning activities;
- Reviews the incoming daily work orders indicating maintenance and required repairs;
- Allocates work to subordinates, checks progress providing instructions and advice as necessary for special jobs;
- Participates in, and personally carries out the complex installation, repairs and maintenance of a rotary and static equipment installations;
- Inspects, checks and tests completed work for conformity to industry standards and Refinery & Tank farm procedures and specifications;
- Responsible for organizing, planning and execution of corrective and preventive maintenance and major equipment turnarounds or shutdowns;
- Supervising the removal, stripping, cleaning, repair and re-assembly of all major equipment included in overhauls;
- Participates in the testing and start-up of overhauled equipment;
- Inspects the work of maintenance contractors carrying out related work in the Refinery / tank farm to ensure compliance with specified terms and conditions;
- Reviews regular reports provided by contractors to assess work progress and status, highlights discrepancies or areas requiring improvement and assists the contractor in resolving problems encountered;
- Identifies specific training needs for employees undergoing on-the-job training;
- Carries out other similar or related duties as assigned, such as, ensuring the observance of safety and fire regulations, good housekeeping, and that material is salvaged and reconditioned wherever possible, and proposing improvements;
- Complies with all HSE and fire regulations including the use of protective clothing and equipment;
- Reports and discusses accidents, incidents, pollution or emission occurrences and near misses with department;
- Follow up for any type of audit and try to meet requirement.

**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline is essential;
- Minimum Experience: 10 to 15 years;
- Middle East experience on similar working domain would be an advantage;
- Demonstrated success in past maintenance involvement and technical delivery of small to medium size projects;
- Proven ability to influence and mentor others in safety principles and behaviours;
- Demonstrated high order interpersonal skills and the ability to operate within a multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs;
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with ability to interact across multiple disciplines;
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others with regard to continuous improvement;
- High level of computer literacy.
