Forex Tele Sales Executive (Cold Calling & Client Acquisition)
Company Overview:

To drive our next phase of growth, we are seeking ambitious and persuasive Sales Representatives who can connect with potential clients, introduce them to our forex services, and encourage them to start trading with us. Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Client Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage potential clients, introduce them to our forex trading offerings, and create interest in our services.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and develop new leads through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals, actively working to turn these leads into loyal clients.
Sales Canvassing Strategy: Design and implement targeted canvassing strategies to promote our forex trading solutions to diverse demographics, ensuring outreach efforts are effective and impactful.
Client Onboarding: Assist clients with account setup, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them navigate trading platforms and deposit procedures smoothly.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing regular follow-ups and addressing questions or concerns to foster trust and loyalty.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, actively working to increase deposits, drive revenue, and contribute to the company's growth.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with forex market trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and deliver value to clients.
Reporting & Analysis: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client feedback, and progress towards goals, regularly reporting to management and contributing to strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience Level: from beginner to about 1 years of sales experience, ideally in the financial or forex industry; demonstrated success in a cold-calling role is a plus.
Sales Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and close sales.
Client-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service to support their trading journey.
Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM software is an advantage.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adapt strategies as needed to maximize results.
