Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Sharjah Freezone. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping. Your expertise in financial analysis and adherence to accounting principles will contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

3. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payroll.

4. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data integrity, compliance, and accuracy.

5. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.

7. Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and filing requirements, including VAT and corporate tax.

8. Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.

9. Maintain a strong internal control environment and identify areas for improvement to mitigate financial risks.

10. Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and enhance financial reporting practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably in a freezone or international business environment.

3. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.

4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

5. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

8. Familiarity with UAE taxation and freezone regulations is a plus.

9. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are highly desirable.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
