**Role Overview**:As the WordPress Project Manager, you'll take charge of the entire WordPress website creation process, from conceptualization to flawless execution. Your role will be a vital bridge between clients, our creative team, and developers, ensuring that our projects reflect our clients' brands and meet their objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate and Create**: Partner closely with our sales team to create compelling project proposals, defining project scope and timelines.
- **Client Connection**: Conduct thorough discovery meetings with clients to grasp their unique needs and meticulously document project requirements.
- **Budget and Scope Stewardship**: Skillfully manage project scope changes and budget constraints to keep projects on track.
- **Team Coordination**: Assemble and lead a team of designers, developers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- **Resourceful Problem-Solving**: If a project requires technical expertise beyond our in-house capabilities, source and manage external resources or teams.
- **Quality Assurance**: Provide valuable feedback to ensure the work produced by our team aligns with quality standards and client specifications.
- **Efficient Project Management**: Utilize Monday CRM and streamline communication via Slack to efficiently manage all projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Tech Savvy**: Demonstrate proficiency in design tools, coding platforms, and WordPress.
