**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design / detail Engineering and Construction Engineering activities for Piping / Pipeline components, pressure vessels, tanks and similar equipment for the project(s) assigned, in accordance with the Company established procedures.
- Development of project specific specifications, piping layouts, design calculation, stress analysis, procurement specification & material engineering, field engineering. Interface with other disciplines, user departments and Clients.
- Assigning responsibilities to Designers & Draftsmen, activity planning, work scheduling and monitoring.
- Activity planning, work scheduling and monitoring. Inter disciplinary checks & co-ordination.
- Guiding in the preparation of Plot plans, Equipment layouts, piping layouts and checking / reviewing.
- Material Engineering which includes preparation of Purchase specifications, Purchase requisitions, technical bid analysis, Vendor document / drg evaluation after order.
- Site survey for jobs & bids, co-ordination with internal departments, Clients & Inspection Agencies
- Review of bid enquiry documents and clarifications / qualifications, estimation activities like MTO,, Engineering man hours

**Working Condition & Physical Effort**:

- Normal office environment (mostly)
- Oil & Gas plants, Cross-country pipelines & new development areas during site visits / survey.
- Fabrication Yards (visit only)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Piping Engineering / Master’s degree in Mech. Engineering

**Experience**

Minimum 4 - 5 experience in Oil & Gas industry, in consulting OR EPC company with Design & Engineering capability.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Oil & Gas: 4 years (required)
