Job Title: Piping / Support Checker

**Job Description**:
A leading company specializing in the prefabrication, assembly, and installation of industrial piping systems. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Piping / Support Checker to join our team. The Piping / Support Checker will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of piping and support design documents, drawings, and models according to industry standards and project specifications.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Verification**:Review and analyze detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and documentation for piping systems and supports to ensure they adhere to design standards, codes, and project requirements.
Check the accuracy of dimensions, materials, annotations, and specifications in the design documents.

**Code and Standards Compliance**:Ensure that piping and support designs comply with relevant industry codes, standards (such as ASME, ASTM, and ANSI), and regulations.
Verify that the design documents accurately reflect the specified materials and construction methods.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate closely with design engineers, detailers, and other team members to resolve discrepancies and design-related issues.
Provide clear and constructive feedback to design team members to facilitate design improvements.

**Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough checks of isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings to identify potential errors, conflicts, and inconsistencies.
Verify that piping layouts and supports are aligned with project requirements and construction feasibility.

**Documentation Review**:Ensure that all design changes, revisions, and modifications are accurately documented and tracked.
Maintain organized records of checked drawings and related documentation.

**Continuous Improvement**:Contribute to the development and improvement of company standards, procedures, and checklists for piping and support design review.
Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices related to piping and support design.

**Qualifications**:
Education: High School Graduate: preferred.

Experience: 3 years of experience in pipe fabrication Field.

Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word a plus.

Familiarity with codes and standards of ASTM, ASME, and PFI.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
