Job Specifications:

- Carry out thorough inspections of residential and commercial units and villas, detailed asset condition audits and evaluations.
- Professional experience in Snagging specifically in Snagging Department
- Familiar with Snagging Software
- With at least one year experience in Snagging and Inspections
- Familiar with the market construction standard
- With good communication skills, fast with sharp eye and in detailed
- Preparing informative and delayed inspection reports on the same day of the Snagging
- Must be familiar with the tools for Snagging
- Familiar with MEP tests tool and Equipment
- Liaising with clients and understanding their specific requirements and delivering on the same

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for experienced Inspectors, prior experience in Dubai market is preferred
- Excellent English speaking and writing is a must and knowledge of Arabic is a huge advantage but is not mandatory
- Familiar with inspection and report writing software, Microsoft Word and Excel are also an advantage
- Most importantly we are looking for someone who will fit in well with our team. And that means you need to love what you do, go extra mile and have a sense of humour

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
