Project Manager Landscape

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of

multiple projects.

2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal

stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

4. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

6. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and technique.

7. Report and escalate to management as needed.

8. Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.

9. Develop risk management to minimize potential risks.

10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

11. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of

each project.

12. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets,

and experience levels.

13. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short

and long-term goals.

14. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on

financial analysis.

15. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff

members.

16. Predicting resources, the needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an

effective and efficient manner.

17. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.

18. Monitoring and reporting the project progress and make adjustments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 6 to 7 years of experience in the pool and landscape industry, preferably in a project manager role.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Proficient in conducting on-site measurements and assessments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey clients' requirements to the project team.
- **A valid UAE driver's license** is a must.

- Must Be G + 1 DM Approved Engineer

**Salary**: From AED7,000.00 per month
