**Job Overview**:
As a food sample collector, your primary responsibility is to collect representative samples of food products, ingredients, or raw materials for analysis, testing, or quality assurance purposes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sample Collection**: Collect food samples according to established protocols and guidelines, ensuring that samples accurately represent the product or material being tested.
**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of sample collection, including date, time, location, and any relevant information such as batch numbers or source details.
**Safety**: Adhere to safety procedures and protocols while collecting samples, especially when dealing with potentially hazardous materials or environments.
**Equipment Handling**: Operate and maintain sampling equipment such as scoops, containers, and labeling tools to ensure proper sample collection and identification.
**Labeling**: Properly label collected samples to prevent cross-contamination or misidentification during storage and transport.
**Transportation**: Safely transport collected samples to the designated testing or analysis facility, ensuring that they remain intact and uncontaminated during transit.
**Storage**: Store samples in appropriate conditions, such as refrigeration or freezing, as required by the specific sampling procedure or analysis method.
**Quality Control**: Perform basic visual inspections to ensure that the collected samples meet quality standards and are free from defects or irregularities.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Light Vehile driving license is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and follow strict protocols.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Food sample collectors may be required to lift and carry containers of various sizes and weights.
