Goodfellas Vintage Barbershop is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manicurist/Receptionist with excellent English speaking skills to join our team. As a Manicurist/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. This position requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition between providing nail care services and managing front desk responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and other nail services according to established procedures and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the nail area, including sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing their inquiries and booking appointments as necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with clients.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the salon.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a manicurist in a salon or spa setting.
- Proficiency in performing various nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management.
- Certification or license in cosmetology or nail technology is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed.
