**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Teaching Plans**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive teaching plans that address the developmental needs of young children, ensuring lessons are educational and engaging.
- **Teach Foundational Skills**:
Instruct children in essential early childhood skills, including the alphabet, numeracy, and social-emotional development, to build a strong foundation for their academic journey.
- **Organize Learning Materials**:
Utilize and organize age-appropriate materials that support effective learning and contribute to an interactive classroom environment.

Use a variety of teaching methods, such as songs, stories, media, structured games, art, and outdoor activities, to engage students and meet their varying learning styles.

Maintain open and positive communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress, behavior, and development.

Regularly assess student performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure each child's growth and development.

Foster positive social interactions among students by promoting cooperation, sharing, and appropriate behavior in the classroom.

Work closely with fellow teachers, administrative staff, and the school community to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Ensure that all activities comply with teaching standards, safety regulations, and best practices within the classroom.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Kindergarten Assistant, or Teacher Aide, with hands-on experience working with young children.
- **Language Proficiency**:
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent required.
- **ADEK Approval**:
ADEK Approval or appointment letter (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching license/certificate.

Strong understanding of child development principles and current early childhood educational theories.

Ability to design and implement creative, artistic, and hands-on activities that engage and inspire young learners.

Ability to be patient and flexible while handling the diverse needs and personalities of young children.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both children and parents.

Eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education. Proficiency in English is required. Arabic language skills are a plus.

**Benefits**:

- **Salary**: AED 5,000
- **Benefits**: As per UAE labor law (to be discussed during the interview).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
