A Personal Concierge Coordinator at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre supervises all true Waldorf service arrivals in order to achieve an authentic and unique service experience for our guests by providing the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism and unparalleled service. This position acts as a main planner for the day-to-day front office operation, by pre-assigning the rooms and creating the daily arrival report.

**What will I be doing?**

The Personal Concierge Coordinator will provide an uncompromising high level of accuracy by controlling room blocks and assignments of all the arrivals, will ensure that guests requests are met in advance and their preferences are honored.
- Pre-assign rooms for all arrivals, with considerations of the estimated time of arrival, personal guest preferences and stay history. Focus on Hilton Honors members and other VIP guests.
- Allocate room upgrades based on availability, balancing upsell opportunities with prioritization of preferred rooms/room types for HH members.
- Review and manage guest room inventory for same-day sales to maximize yield and occupancy.
- Act as the main point of control for saleable rooms in conjunction with Reservation, Front Desk, Housekeeping and Engineering teams.
- Review TWS reports and communicate effectively to the Housekeeping department for proper room assignment.
- Discuss the daily arrivals with Personal Concierge team and Butlers, and highlight any special occasion's setups, room amenities and special requests.
- Create the daily Arrival reports (True Waldorf Service Report) and share with Personal Concierge team.
- Monitor the percentage of vacant clean rooms based on arrival patterns to ensure that there are adequate vacant clean inspected rooms to manage arrival patterns.
- Ensure pre-assigned rooms are released as "Vacant-Ready" by Housekeeping and ready prior to guest reservations with ETA.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to review and release on time the hold rooms and out-of-order rooms that were blocked for Rooms Preventive Maintenance (RPM/ PPM).
- Coordinate with sales or events departments to obtain group arrival and departure information.
- Allocate group rooms as per the group's requirements and preferences.
- Prepare and organize the group calendar arrivals and departures by communicating with Personal Conciergeteam to ensure flawless check-in and checkout experiences.
- Assign the show around rooms' requests in coordination with Housekeeping.
