**Purpose & Scope**:
To ensure the efficient operation of Flatbed, Rolls printers,Small format printers and lamination machines as well as the supervision of priorities based on deadlines. Maintaining the equipment through regular recorded maintenance and through tech support PM visits. To gain a full understanding of the operation of production equipment used to print and manufacture signage.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with our large format printers in order to create signage and layouts. We have a wide variety of software and equipment for our customers needs. Work alongside our customers and management to ensure all jobs are processed.
- This position will work closely the design team to ensure all jobs are processed profitably while meeting or exceeding deadlines and client expectations.
- Ability to prioritize to-do lists and to manage floating daily objectives based on urgency and importance
- Provide and analyze reporting and support of daily output metrics and recurring issues.
- Ensure the daily flow of jobs are executed with flawless quality while achieving deadlines. Perform quality control checks. Receive customer requests, prioritizing work output based on deadlines, creating proof documents and follow up with customers to additions or changes.

**Hard Skills**:

- Understanding of RIP software and layout tools
- Understanding of color gammits, color separation and file types.
- Knowledge of RGB vs CMYK files.
- Understanding bleed, trim marks and cut registration marks
- Knowledge of white versus 4 color prints.
- Ability to perform maintenance and ensure up time on all equipment.
- How to correctly load roll and rigid material in printers
- Knowledge of inventory and inventory maintenance systems Soft Skills:

- Ability to multitask and work in a fluid environment
- Able to work collaboratively while knowing when to lead

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
