A top-tier strategy consulting firm is seeking a dynamic Principal and Manager with expertise in Transportation/Mobility practice, specializing in Innovation, Future Foresight, Strategy, and Digital Transformation. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects across various major government ministries and industry sectors.

As a seasoned Principal and Manager, you will spearhead transformative initiatives within Smart City topics. You will serve as the capability leader which involves crafting regulatory frameworks and digital platforms for transport and logistics ministries, establishing forward-thinking mobility think tanks, and leading the development of national smart mobility strategies, with a focus on electric and autonomous vehicles. You'll drive innovation in rail through R&D strategies and innovation center designs while shaping smart city strategies for urban mobility. Collaborating with eVTOL players, you'll integrate local markets efficiently. Additionally, you'll lead design, R&D, and cluster strategies to enhance national innovation capabilities and conduct strategic refreshes for aviation services. Your expertise will extend to setting up strategic deputyships and managing large-scale incubator programs for industry ministries in the Middle East, ensuring impactful results across diverse domains.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering both formal and informal presentations both internally and externally
- Producing clear, persuasive, and concisely written presentations
- Planning and managing the delivery of quality work by leading teams in an autonomous strategic consulting environment and being seen as a strong team player with excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Directing the quantitative analysis, assessing the depth required for each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings, and quality-assuring the results
- Building productive and lasting client relationships at all levels
- 75% travel to client locations across the GCC

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
- MBA or other postgraduate degrees from a top-tier university
- Strategy experience in **Transportation and Mobility Sectors (smart city, mobility, rails, aviation, ports, logistics, and infrastructure)**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience, gained in a top strategy consulting organization or in a combination of both blue-chip corporate businesses and top strategy consulting firms
- A demonstrated rapid career progression and a strong track record within the current organization
- Flexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic and results in an oriented environment
