Studio Frantzén by Frantzén Group a take on the new Nordic gastronomy infused with selected French Asian produce and influence, designed to be served in a modern Scandinavian setting of effortless luxury an immersive experience where food, ambience, service and exciting innovation all come full circle. The service style is always present, never pretentious and our menu is characterised by distinctive flavours and preparations - with texturised, refined cooking, emphasising the pure ingredients, something which Björn Frantzén is known for.
