High Design Furnishing & Decor is a new division under HR furniture group specializing in delivering best-in-class fit-out, interior, and joinery projects within the Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Residential, and Retail sectors. Located in Abu Dhabi, the company is dedicated to creating exceptional spaces that meet the unique needs of diverse clients.

**Role Description**

This is a contract role for a Field Sales Executive at High Design Furnishing & Decor. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth. They will actively prospect potential customers, conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with clients. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of on-site work in Abu Dhabi and the flexibility to work remotely.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in field sales and business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the furniture and interior design industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus
