**GoLang Developer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and microservices using the Go programming language.
- Collaborate with software architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards for software development.
- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
- Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems and services to handle large-scale data processing and high traffic loads.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in GoLang development, distributed systems, and cloud computing.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
- Mentor junior developers, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the professional growth and development of the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development using the Go programming language.
- Strong proficiency in GoLang, including language syntax, concurrency patterns, and standard library packages.
- Experience with building RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems using GoLang.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable code.
- Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with cloud-native services and architectures.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized CI/CD pipelines.
