The Business Developer will play a crucial role in sourcing leads and establishing contact with Canadian companies to secure job offers for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their immigration goals and has the skills to connect with potential employers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source potential leads and company information through various channels, including online research, industry databases, and networking.
- Identify and qualify Canadian companies that have the potential to offer job positions suitable for our clients.
- Present our immigration services and the benefits of hiring our clients to potential employers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of job opportunities for our clients.
- Collaborate with our immigration experts to ensure that job offers meet the necessary immigration requirements.
- Keep accurate records of lead generation activities, communications, and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to source leads and company information effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of the immigration process to Canada is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Salary is 400 Cad per 28 days
