Fleet Key Controller

**Objective**

To ensure that the On Duty vehicles are well maintained and ability of being drivable in a presentable condition, as well as ensuring timely receiving and dispatch of assigned shifts

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assign vehicles as a daily basis on request of Driver.
- Record and report any damages / faults and the general condition of the vehicle
- Record and report any rejection of the ready vehicles by the driver
- Check and follow up on Movement schedule for assigned vehicles
- Engage with Fleet Supervisor to ensure that the Fleet Movement is carried out as outlined on the daily movement report.
- Ensures that driver has cashiered prior to take over the vehicle
- Ensure that the drivers grooming and equipment is as agreed prior to duty
- To ensure that all Car Keys are safe procedures in the decided place.
- To check all available Car Keys in the key box compared with the fleet movement report.
- To make daily fleet movement report.
- To assign & de-assign drives with cars in cert system.
- To enter manually daily Millage.
- To check and update the vehicles in 12 hrs.’ shift.
- Receiving keys from accident & maintenance when the cars become ready
- To assist with any tasks as assigned by the superiors and seniors.

**Qualifications**
- Holding a recognized qualification in **motor vehicle repair** or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Preferably holding driving license
- Have recent experience in inspection and repair of vehicles

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate sound judgment in respect of competent serviceability
- Ability to assess the state and life expectancy of vehicle components
- Ability to identify and priorities vehicle defects
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Computer literate

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Motor vehicle details: 2 years (required)
