Factory Operation Manager

**General and Task Management**

1. Effectively and efficiently manage the Factory Operation / production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimising costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times

2. Ensure the target productivity level is achieved and update the production plan on a daily basis.

3. Manage the operations and to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity, and optimum production costs.

4. Making sure BOQ and Estimation are free of error and with 100% accuracy

5. Responsible to improve the overall performance of functions such as, Estimation, Purchase / Procurement, Store, Logistics and production.

6. Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by appropriate data analysis

7. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues and take corrective action as and when required

8. Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions and produce written reports and make present them to the management as and when required.

9. Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required

10. Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

11. Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business

12. Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries

**People Management**

1. Ensure the delivery of the People Strategy within area of accountability

2. Manage, coach, and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements

3. Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports

4. Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues, and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity

5. Ensuring that safety protocols are being always followed in the workplace

6. Motivating factory staff and workers to continually achieve factory targets

7. Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers

8. Set an example for team members of commitment, leadership, work ethics and habits and personal character

**Financial and Budget Control**

1. Input and hold responsibility for the entire factory operation and production budgets

2. Prepare the annual budget and forecasts as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.

3. Responsible for the reports and submitting them to the Management as and when required

4. Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- in Prefabricated / Modular Structure: 7 years (preferred)
