- Conduct site surveys to assess cleaning requirements and develop appropriate cleaning plans.
- Possess a valid driving license and oversee staff transportation, including pick-up and drop-off at various locations.
- Provide daily management and coordination of drivers, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Interact with customers to address any concerns or requests, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Train new staff members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Address any issues or complaints promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff schedules, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to perform site surveys and develop cleaning plans.
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or facility management is a plus.

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
