**AutoCAD Draftsman for Interior Fitout and Joinery**

Draughtsman
- Fitout and Joinery
- Must have a minimum 5 years working for a Interior Fitout and Joinery and must have proven experience in successful completion of high end residential and commercial projects. Project references and details will be asked during the interview.
- Must be able to create detailed shop drawings for Interior Fitout & joinery projects. Should have completed a minimum of 20 high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
- Based out of Dubai with a Valid UAE Driving License.
- Ability to work Industry timings as per the project requirements.
- Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards in finishes and experienced in working with the Fitout, Joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the project.
- Must be practical and should be able to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
- Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site or materials.
- Must be able to prepare free hand section details for the team on-site
- Must be able to Execute the design to practical sizes and materials.
- Knowledge of creating BOQ's and Cutting list
- Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions
- Prepare transmittal and drawing submission for DM & Community Management approvals.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in the successful execution of high-end residential projects, hotels and commercial projects.
- Fluency in English, IT Literate, and ability to respond quickly to immediate requirements.
- Proactive with a Go-getter attitude.
- Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil is preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
