**Key Responsibilities**:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in IBM Middleware solutions.

**Implementation and Configuration**:Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of IBM Middleware solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

**Performance Optimization**:Proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization and system enhancements within the IBM Middleware environment.
Implement best practices to ensure optimal system functionality.

**Issue Resolution**:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM Middleware, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with technical support teams and vendors as needed.

**Documentation**:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IBM Middleware configurations, processes, and procedures.
Ensure that documentation aligns with industry standards and organizational requirements.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

**Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an IBM Middleware Subject Matter Expert.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining IBM Middleware solutions.

**Technical Skills**:In-depth knowledge of IBM Middleware products such as IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, and IBM WebSphere Application Server.
Experience in middleware architecture, design, and deployment.

**Salary**: From AED12,000.00 per month
