**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new HORECA clients within the designated territory to expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to understand client needs and provide solutions.
- Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed by the senior management Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities

Product Knowledge:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including origin, flavour profiles, and brewing methods.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate clients on the unique features and benefits of our Ice-cream, diary and beverages.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to assist in the development of targeted campaigns and promotions.

Sales Reporting:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

**Job requirements**
- Must have necessary experience in the HORECA Channel Knowledge on Ice-cream, diary and beverages in UAE.
- Proven track record with at least 3-5 years related FMCG Sales experience in F&B/HORECA in UAE.
- Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outspoken, dynamic character with positive working attitude Able to interact with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal and communication skills Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
- Must be able to join ASAP.
- Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
- Experience: sales - HORECA/F&B/FMCG: 5 years (preferred)
- License/Certification: UAE D/L

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
