Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Management / Business Analyst professional to join our team in the trading and finance industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of trading and financial products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery. With your extensive industry knowledge and expertise, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering value to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for trading and financial products, aligning with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, portfolio managers, operations teams, and clients, to gather and analyze product requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps, outlining feature prioritization, release plans, and timelines in alignment with business priorities and customer demands.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential product differentiators.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, UX/UI designers, sales, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Agile Product Development: Collaborate with development teams and scrum masters to ensure effective product delivery using agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.
- User Experience and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to define intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces, leveraging user feedback and best design practices.
- Product Documentation: Create comprehensive product documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and release notes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for internal teams and clients.
- Product Launch and Adoption: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and client training, driving product adoption and success.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, track product performance, and analyze user feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform future enhancements.
- Compliance and Regulatory Considerations: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring products adhere to applicable standards.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 9-13 years of experience in product management or business analysis within the trading and finance industry, working with trading platforms, investment management systems, or related financial products.
- Strong knowledge of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data within various asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering trading and financial products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, with experience in agile product development and delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, GDPR) is highly desirable.
- Experience in user experience (UX) design principles and ability to work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
