We are looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor **currently available to join immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in civil engineering
- Minimum of three years of construction experience necessary
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Planswift essential
- Familiarity with Primavera is a plus

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to;**
- Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents, such as budgetary estimates, Bill of Quantities, and Costs Estimates based on sketch drawings.
- Work closely with Project Directors, participate in Tender procedures, and create Tender Reports.
- Handle contract awards, review contract documents, and offer recommendations on contractor valuations.
- Provide support to the Project Manager regarding contractual matters.
- Assess variations, manage contract correspondence, and present cost projections during progress meetings as needed.
- Conduct evaluations and cost projections for ongoing assignments.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure contract compliance.
- Inspect sites for monthly statement data, including interim payments and contractor claims, and assess costs.
- Document variation orders based on site visits and claims information.
- Analyze costs and prepare reports on changes to works and contractor claims.
- Support the Project Manager in finalizing contractor accounts.
- Complete Final Account procedures for projects.
- Assist with contracts administration tasks related to Quantity Surveying, including handling RFQ and Bid documents, and supporting the production/sales team.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate with clients, and coordinate with the design department for final design adjustments.
- Compare job costs with actual quantities upon project completion to enhance estimation accuracy.
- Participate actively in company activities as a valuable team member contributing to overall success.
