**BIM Architect & Coordinator (5-7 years Revit experience)**

**Cubic Engineering Consultancy is a Grade A unlimited Consultancy Firm based in the UAE, specializing in high-caliber architectural and engineering services with a focus on projects in Sharjah and Dubai. We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success in delivering wide range of Projects related to different discipline.**

**The successful applicant shall possess the knowledge and experience to carry out the following role**:

- **Design and Planning**:

- Lead and participate in the architectural design process from conceptual design through to completion.
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (e.g., Revit) for design development and project documentation.
- Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and other relevant programs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and other professionals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- **Minimum 5-7 years Revit experience** within depth working knowledge of current Revit versions; Proficient in CAD design 2D/3D (AutoCAD and Revit).
- Proven track record of working on large-scale projects, particularly in Sharjah and Dubai.

- Able to demonstrate (skill assessment) ability to set up new Revit project files for the team; Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability; Produce Revit Families according to project requirements.
- Able to maintain standards and library of Revit families/objects; Able to run clash detection in Revit.
- Strong computer skills; Experience of producing working drawings in Revit.
- Expert knowledge of Revit including use of parametric, generation of Bill of Material, assemblies, sub-assemblies, creation of families, etc.
- Advanced Revit skills are essential including creation of a federated model using Revit Links, creating/working with Revit Worksets and professional using of shared coordinates.
- Proficient in a range of BIM Authoring, Design Review, Coordination, Collaboration Platforms including**:(Revit ARCH & STR - Navisworks - AutoCAD - 3ds Max & V-ray - Photoshop - InDesign - Lumion - MS Office, BIM Environmental Analysis & Solutions - Green Building Studio)**:

- Knowledge of General BIM Model requirements (i.e., LOD, Naming convention, parametric modeling, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess Excellent Oral Communication Skills with an Ability to Form Effective Relationships with Project Delivery Team, Client, and Contractor under Time Pressure.
- Possess the ability to Develop Analytical Reports and Presentations.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
