We are seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Female Secretary to join our team who has UAE experienced in contracting company.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in contracting company in UAE.
- Good Knowledge of authority approval procedure.
- Must have knowledge as document controller.
- Must have knowledge in construction process and work procedure.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Manage database entry and client files
- Organize and distribute messages.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for important records and documents.
- Ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and document submissions.
- Follow up with Clients and Suppliers.
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain confidential department files/records.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.

Can join immediately and have knowledge in Government procedures.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
