We are looking for Sales Administrator for our office in Ajman, if you are ready to take on a challenging role
- Provide any information that the client requests. Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Answer telephone calls and doing telesales at the same time
- Gathering and documenting customer information and reactions to services.
- Keeping up to date on all services.
- Generating leads and pass to sales team.Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists
- Prepare quotation and tracking enquiries.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office procedures
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
Preferred with UAE experience for the same role.
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
