**Job Title**: OT Nurse

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Operative Care**: Prepare patients for surgery by assessing their condition, reviewing medical history, and ensuring they are informed about the procedure.
- **Intra-Operative Support**: Assist the surgical team during operations by providing necessary instruments, supplies, and support, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
- **Patient Monitoring**: Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during procedures, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
- **Post-Operative Care**: Assist with patient recovery and transfer to the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), ensuring appropriate monitoring and support.
- **Equipment Management**: Ensure all surgical equipment is sterile, functioning properly, and readily available for use.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of surgical procedures, patient conditions, and any incidents or complications.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety regulations to ensure a safe operating environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 year of experience working in an operating theater.
- **Education**: Nursing diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
- **Licensure**: MOH - RN
- **Skills**: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
