**Title**: Speech Therapist

**Location**: Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders to improve their speech, language, and overall quality of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities.
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patients' needs, and goals.
- Providing therapy and interventions to improve speech articulation, language comprehension and expression, voice quality, and swallowing function.
- Using specialized techniques and exercises to facilitate communication skills, such as articulation drills, language games, and voice exercises.
- Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing strategies, techniques, and exercises.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment reports, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Staying abreast of the latest research, developments, and best practices in the field of speech therapy.

**Requirements**:

- Healthcare Professional License in Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of work experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be currently residing within the UAE.
- Valid visa and work permit in the UAE.
