**Works to Perform**
- Assists Warehouse Operations (Warehouse Quality, Operation & Service) in the day to day jobs of all activities related to materials inspection/reception, binning of both Stock & Direct Purchases and Stock Returns such as Normal, Direct Purchase, Surplus & Work Returns for approximately 32,000 items in accordance with established company’s policies and procedures.
- Assists Store keepers in receiving equipment’s, materials, spare parts, consumables and chemicals in the stores correctly by verifying goods received against the Purchase Order specifications and also Stock Returns from end user departments by correctly verifying goods returned against the item’s specifications.
- Assists in segregates purchase orders and generates Request for Inspection from Maximo.
- Support storage of materials/equipment’s in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for protection, preservation, labeling as per company’s specified systems and procedures.
- Assists in taking special precautions for storage of volatile/inflammatory or sensitive materials to ensure following safe handling procedure.
- Familiar to the warehouse receiving procedures & processes and comply.
- Maintain housekeeping inside and outside warehouse.
- Follow HSE all time in materials handling, lifting and moving. Familiar with chemical handling safety (related to the handling and storage of toxic and hazardous materials).
- Assists for unloading & loading of materials to Trailer/Truck and transporting of materials issued to end user department via Forklift/Pick up.
- Assists for preparation of vehicle entry/exit forms for all vehicle movements related to warehouse operations.
- Assists for preparation of Dispatch Advice Notes and Packs materials suitably that are sent to Transit Store or Head Office.
**Minimum 3 years experience**

**Salary**: AED1,188.73 - AED2,500.00 per month
