**Job Description: IT Sales Executive - Telematics & IT Solutions ( Own Visa)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the Telematics and IT Solutions sector.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that resonate with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, and utilize this information to enhance the company's sales strategies.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives, and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, addressing their unique challenges and positioning the company as the preferred solution provider.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the post-sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for professional and financial growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Telematics and IT Solutions sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Telematics and IT Solutions technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capable of conveying technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, coordinating efforts with internal departments to achieve shared goals.
- Existing network of contacts within the Telematics and IT Solutions sector is highly desirable.
- Valid visa and authorization to work independently (own visa) within the specified jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

**Compensation**:This position is commission-based, offering a competitive commission structure based on successful sales achievements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Part-time hours: 54 per week

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
