Food Preparation and Cooking:
Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Oversee and guide the preparation of dishes, ensuring all food is presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
Kitchen Management:
Manag and supervise a designated section of the kitchen, including leading a team of kitchen staff.
Maintain efficient kitchen operations and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Operational Efficiency:
Handle high-pressure situations and peak service times with composure and efficiency.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served promptly to meet service standards.
Inventory and Stock Control:
Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and ensure the proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and communication.
Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff as needed.
Quality Control:
Regularly inspect food quality and presentation.
Address and rectify any issues with food preparation or presentation.
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
