Leadership of the development, implementation, and maintenance of an appropriate OSHMS within the entity.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and inspections to identify potential safety risks and hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs and materials for employees to increase safety awareness and reduce accidents.
- Investigate and report on accidents, injuries, and near-misses, and take appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Keep up to date with safety legislation and regulations, and ensure that all recommendations are implemented to meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with team members, departments, and external agencies to ensure that safety issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and records, including incident reports, safety statistics, and training records.
- Conduct periodic safety meetings to review safety performance, discuss safety issues, and recommend improvements, Requirements.
- Communicating with relevant authorities and stake holders on legal requirements and its implementation.
- Preparation of training plan and its implementation with coordination of all concerned staffs.
- Assist department heads to implement the management system in their respective departments.
- Provide specialist advice and support to senior management regarding the management of workplace hazards and risks.
- To ensure OSH performance monitoring system is in place to ensure the effectiveness of injury prevention and risk management policies and procedures.
- To ensure that OSH programs are consistent with entity policies and procedures.
- To report to relevant authorities on the OSH performance of the entity electronically as required.
- To carryout self-assessment and reporting the results to relevant authorities and the management on the findings.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree with NEBOSH-IGC certifications is must (Additional certifications is advantage)

**Minimum Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in safety management in a manufacturing or industrial sector.

**Skills Experience**
- Manufacturing Experienced (preferably in fabrication in Emirate of Abu Dhabi)
- Good communication skills - verbal & written
- **S**trong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential safety risks and hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
