**Responsibilities**:
1. Sourdough Crust Preparation: Prepare sourdough pizza crust from scratch, including mixing, kneading, and fermenting dough to perfection.

2. Pizza Assembly: Skillfully assemble pizzas with a variety of fresh toppings, ensuring consistency and quality in every pie.

3. Operation of the oven to bake pizzas to perfection, maintaining proper temperature and cooking times.

4. Manage ingredients and ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients, including cheeses, meats, and vegetables.

5. Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, adhering to company recipes and specifications.

6. Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation guidelines, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and utensils.

7. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and accommodating special requests.

8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, continually seeking ways to improve recipes, processes, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Culinary Skills: Demonstrated experience in artisanal pizza-making or bread-making, with a focus on sourdough techniques preferred.

2. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

3. Creativity: Ability to experiment with different toppings and flavor combinations while respecting traditional techniques.

4. Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and orders simultaneously.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

6. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a restaurant environment.

7. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary or baking/pastry arts degree/certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on sourdough pizza-making techniques.
