Assistant Store Manager

**Overview**: As the Warehouse In-charge, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products efficiently and safely. Your role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing warehouse layout, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with all other warehouses, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, deliveries, and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Receive incoming products, verify quantities, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate recording of received items in the inventory management system (ERP).
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access to products.

**2. Warehousing Operations**:

- Supervise warehouse staff in tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping hardware products.
- Monitor and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Implement and maintain proper storage techniques to preserve the quality and condition of hardware products.

**3. Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and labeling according to customer requirements.
- Ensure timely coordination and allocation of vehicles for delivery, prioritizing based on scheduled timelines and urgency
- Arrange for transportation and logistics services for outgoing shipments as needed.

**4. Inventory Control**:

- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate actions.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and quality of hardware products stored in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inspections of stored items to identify any quality issues or damages.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to address quality concerns and facilitate product returns or replacements.

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain proper documentation of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
- Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on warehouse performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

7. **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among warehouse team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to warehouse staff to support their professional growth and development.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- GCC: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi and Arabic (preferred)
