Job Description: Piercing Artist - Female

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of piercing procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to hygienic and safety standards during all piercing procedures.
- Provide clients with thorough aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and minimize complications.
- Demonstrate a strong sales-oriented approach by engaging with customers and promoting our piercing services.
- Actively seek opportunities to attract new customers by offering information about our piercing services and their benefits.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to cross-promote products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging safety protocols related to piercing.
- Maintain a clean and organized piercing station, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and prepared for each procedure.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and appointment scheduling efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, aftercare instructions, and client information.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a professional Piercing Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing different types of piercings.
- Certification in piercing techniques and knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engaging with customers and promoting products or services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in explaining aftercare instructions clearly.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Creative flair and artistic talent in designing and executing piercings.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a part-time or full-time position, depending on business needs.
- Compensation will include a base salary along with commission-based incentives.
- The Piercing Artist will be provided with all necessary piercing equipment and materials.
- Training on our products, services, and customer engagement strategies will be provided.
- This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager or designated supervisor.
