Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that covers Malayalam reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. Ensure the curriculum is engaging and appropriate for the age and proficiency level of the students.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles. Utilize creative and interactive teaching strategies to enhance students' language acquisition.
- **Cultural Education**: Incorporate cultural education into the language curriculum by teaching about Kerala's history, traditions, festivals, literature, and arts. Encourage students to appreciate and respect cultural diversity.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Create assessments to regularly evaluate students' progress in language skills. Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to help students improve.
- **Classroom Management**: Manage the classroom effectively to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Promote positive behavior and engagement among students.
- **Parental Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians regarding students' progress, challenges, and achievements. Encourage parental involvement in the learning process.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, educational research, and technological tools relevant to language teaching. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**Salary**: AED2,115.54 per month
