- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details for interior fitout and finishing projects, including but not limited to, retail outlets, offices, restaurants, and residential spaces.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and design intent.
- Interpret design concepts, sketches, and specifications to develop construction drawings that adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to incorporate technical details, material specifications, and installation requirements into drawings.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and material schedules based on drawings and specifications to support procurement and project estimation.
- Assist in the review and approval of shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Maintain organized drawing files, documentation, and records to facilitate project coordination, revisions, and as-built documentation.
- Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to verify existing conditions, dimensions, and site constraints for accurate drawing production.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in fitouts and finishing to enhance design efficiency and quality.
- Support the project team with any other drafting-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an AutoCAD Draftsman in the fitouts or finishing industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a strong command of drafting techniques, standards, and conventions.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes commonly used in interior fitouts and finishing projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of other design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
