**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branding & Visual Identity**:

- Design and maintain visual assets that represent Our Clinic’s brand and values across digital and print media.
- Ensure consistency in the visual style, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- **Graphic Design Creation**:

- Develop creative assets for both print and digital advertising campaigns.
- Assist in creating patient education materials, such as infographics, brochures, and instructional videos.
- **Marketing Materials**:

- Design promotional content and materials to support clinic marketing campaigns, events, and special promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Update website content and design elements as needed.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create design concepts that align with the clinic’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., patient coordination, medical professionals) to develop creative solutions for patient-facing materials.
- Present design concepts to key stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
- **Digital Content Creation**:

- Design graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to engage and inform followers.
- Ensure that all digital content is optimized for user experience across various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- **Creative Innovation**:

- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the clinic.
- Experiment with new design techniques and aesthetics to continually improve Our Clinic’s visual presence.
- **File Management & Production**:

- Prepare final design files for printing, ensuring they meet specifications for quality and resolution.
- Manage and organize design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects, keeping to deadlines and budget constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- **Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including print, digital, and branding projects.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Solid understanding of web design (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
