**Job Description**:
**F&B Attendant (Banquet Waiter)**

We are currently seeking skilled and professional F&B attendant to join our Banquets team. As a F&B attendant assigned in Banquets, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during various events and functions. Your responsibilities will include setting up banquet venues, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

**What will you be doing**:

- Set up banquet venues according to event requirements, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
- Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their seats, and provide menus or event programs as needed.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special dietary requests or preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to presentation and quality standards.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and offering additional assistance.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and synchronized service throughout the event.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, event schedule, or any special promotions.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely, following proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist with cleaning and resetting banquet venues after events, ensuring readiness for the next function.
- Collaborate with the Banquets team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in work areas.

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Previous experience as an F&B attendant in a banquet setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in order taking, food and beverage service, and table setup.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper serving etiquette.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food and beverages.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices in a banquet setting.
