Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
- Provides high level communication skills that includes: interpersonal, verbal, written, computer, and ability to work cohesively with patients, families and other health care providers as an active member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinates and complies with Quality improvement infection control programs, advising and consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautions.
- Uses the nursing process to plan and provide individualized care to patients and their families.
- Utilizes the theoretical and evidence-based knowledge to collaborate with patients and families for assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Practices within a professional and ethical nursing framework in accordance with the nursing profession’s codes of ethics and conduct.
- Demonstrates commitment to professional development, including Performance and Development process and clinical supervision
- Demonstrates the ability to perform the home care specific duties and responsibilities with proficient wide variety of high level of care and advanced skills. Utilizes critical thinking by observing, recording and interpreting home care measures in effective, efficient manner based on standard nursing practice.

Pay: AED9,000.00 per month
