- **Maintenance**: Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and performing routine maintenance as needed.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure project specifications are met and deadlines are achieved.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience as a welder, with a strong background in various welding techniques and processes.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MIG/ TIG, and arc welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions.
- Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of different metals, their properties, and appropriate welding techniques for each
