- **Spreading and Raking**: Distributing asphalt material evenly across surfaces using rakes, shovels, and other hand tools.
- **Leveling**: Ensuring the asphalt is level and smooth by filling in low spots, removing high spots, and creating the proper slope for drainage.
- **Temperature Monitoring**: Ensuring asphalt is applied at the correct temperature for optimal compaction and durability.
- **Edge Formation**: Creating clean and precise edges along roads, driveways, and other paved areas.
- **Traffic Coordination**: Directing traffic around the work site to ensure safety for both the crew and the public.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment used on the job.
- **Assisting Operators**: Supporting machine operators by supplying asphalt material and ensuring machines run smoothly.

Pay: From AED1,400.00 per month
